Austin FC closed out their regular season in style on Sunday night, defeating Los Angeles FC 1–0 at Q2 Stadium. A late header from Owen Wolff sealed the victory and secured Austin a top-six finish in the Western Conference, while LAFC’s impressive unbeaten road streak came to an end.

First Half: Balanced Start with Few Openings
The opening 45 minutes were evenly matched, with both sides showing discipline but lacking the final touch. Austin looked organized in possession, building through the midfield with patience, while LAFC relied on quick transitions led by Timothy Tillman and J.Ebobisse.
