CHICAGO — Inter Miami CF and Chicago Fire FC played to a 1–1 draw Wednesday night at Soldier Field in front of a club-record crowd of 63,094 fans.
The highly anticipated matchup featured some of the biggest names in MLS, including Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski. Despite the star power on both sides, neither team could find a winning goal in the second half.

The Fire wasted little time making an impact.
In the 10th minute, Robin Lod found Andrew Gutman on the left side. Gutman delivered a dangerous cross into the box, where Robert Lewandowski made a well-timed run.
